ATK Race srl, an Italian binding manufacturer from Fiorano Modenese that has made a name for itself in recent years with its aluminium milled pintech touring bindings, and its parent company Gimec srl, both in the hands of the Indulti family, merged to form a new company, ATK Sports. According to the owners, the merger provides the basis for international growth and technology leadership in the areas of end products, components and systems for the sporting goods industry, with a clear focus on the outdoor segment. The technical, industrial and commercial optimizations already carried out by the two companies in the recent years will be shared in the future to achieve maximum efficiency and guarantee superior performance, with the aim of offering a more comprehensive product portfolio. ATK Bindings will be the main brand of ATK Sports, with additional brands to be added in the near future.
