Adidas, which has a goal to generate annual sales of €500 million in the outdoor sector by 2015, has signed a partnership deal with the French Mountain Climbing Federation (FFME) for three years. It will be the official supplier of the FFME and of the 160 athletes on the French climbing team. The French federation, which has 82,000 licensed members, previously had a similar contract with a specialized French supplier, ABK Company, based in Grenoble.
