SportScheck, Germany's largest sporting goods retailer, is inviting end consumers to four hiking events this summer and autumn. More than 1,000 hikers participated at the events held in Oberstdorf, Bavaria, and in Bad Schandau, Saxony, last year. This summer, an additional hiking event will be organized in Molveno, situated in the Trentino region in Italy, and another new event will take place on Rügen, an island in Northern Germany, this autumn. The hiking events in Obertsdorf and Bad Schandau will also be repeated this autumn. Jack Wolfskin is the main partner of the events held in Germany and sponsors the first 400 people registering for the events with backpacks.
