W.L. Gore has set aside a budged in the high double digits to back up the launch of its new Gore-Tex Infinium range of comfort and protection solutions « beyond waterproof » over the next four years, starting with the next autumn/winter season. It has hired for this purpose an international advertising agency, AKQA, which specializes in digital services, employing 2,100 people at offices in all the continents. Gore will also provide online clinics for retailers.
