AMG gets investment firm on board
Growth Capital Partners (GCP), a British investment firm, has acquired a minority stake in the AMG Group, the Glasgow-based supplier of branded camping, ski and outdoor equipment. AMG's chief executive, Stephen Newlands, said the deal should enable it to expand its international business with more distribution and potentially acquisitions.
