As it has done in Italy and may do in other European countries, Nike is handing over the distribution of its outdoor brand ACG to an external distributor in the German-speaking countries. From the OutDoor show on, the company Vista Sport will distribute Nike ACG in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Vista is located in Radolfzell at Lake Constance and was founded in 1999 by Martin “Mäx” Meyer, a former Burton executive. The company also distributes AND 1, the basketball brand, and Smith Sport Optics in the region. There will be no changes in ACG’s distribution in Slovenia, which continues to be co-ordinated by Nike’s office in Vienna.
