Bob Mayerson has been promoted to president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Eastern Mountain Sports. In addition, Ted Manning will be the new executive vice president for merchandising and retail marketing, and Scott Barrett is the new vice president for e-commerce/strategic business development. Combined the men have more than 25 years’ experience with the company: Mayerson, more than three years; Manning, more than 17; and Barrett, more than five.
