Canada Goose has expanded its production facility with a new plant in Winnipeg in order to keep manufacturing in Canada rather than moving production elsewhere. The new factory adds 5,300 square meters on top of the existing facilities. The new plant doubles the capacities, and Canada Goose has hired 25 additional employees over the past six months. Currently, the company has a staff of 160 people and plans to increase the number of workers by 20 percent next year.
