Cascade Designs with its brands Therm-a-Rest, MSR, Platypus and SealLine has appointed a new agency for Austria, effective now: The Elementum Agency is currently also the local representative of G3 Genuine Guide Gear, The North Face and Nalgene, the U.S. specialty brand of hydration solutions. In charge of the sales is Elementum manager Jochen Wohinz, whose team replaces the Outdoor-Partner Koch agency. Deliveries remain unchanged from Cascade’s European warehouse in Belgium. Separately, Cascade has named Phil Hitch to be its new director of product development. He moves up from his position as product development supervisor for Cascade’s Varilite medical division.
