Cloudveil was started 11 years ago by Brian Cousins and Stephen Sullivan, and now Sullivan is stepping into the presidency as Cousins departs to pursue other interests. Sullivan has been in charge of the company’s product, marketing, sales and retail divisions. He is also a member of the American Fly-Fishing Trade Association. Cousins recently helped Cloudveil to complete its integration with its parent company, Spyder Active Sports.
