Compared with the same time last year, registrations for the OutDoor trade fair in Friedrichafen are up by 3 percent to 619, representing 36 countries. The show, being held July 15-18, welcomes back The North Face, which skipped OutDoor last year, but Helly Hansen has indicated that it will not be at the show, nor at the Ispo fair starting this Sunday, because both are expensive and too late. The organizers also note that “Nord” traffic access is open, making it easier to get to and from Ulm and Ravensburg.
