HeiQ becomes major supplier of regulatory compliant copper and silver for industrial hygiene applications
Switzerland-based HeiQ Materials AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of HeiQ Plc, has signed an agreement to acquire all the shares of U.K.-based Tarn-Pure Holdings Ltd. Tarn-Pure holds key EU and U.K. registrations for the sale of metallic copper and metallic silver for use in hygiene applications.
