Kent Outdoors sells Kona Bikes to a group led by Kona’s founders
US-based Kent Outdoors has announced that it has closed on the sale of Kona Bikes. The financial details of the transaction have remained undisclosed. Kona was sold to a group led by its original founders, Dan Gerhard and Jake Heilbron. Kent only had bought Kona in early 2022.
