(SGI) A German-Swiss investment company, Invision, and the founding team of a German online specialist, TonerPartner.com, have announced that they have taken over Planet Sports, the pioneering German multi-channel action sports retailer, with the consent of the German Cartel Office, retroactive to May 1. Oliver Garnier, a long-time manager of Planet Sports who has been lately in charge of purchasing, retail operations and its marketplace, will be responsible for the operational management of the company in the future. The aim of the new owners is to expand Planet Sports as an e-commerce specialist offering a unique shopping experience and triggering enthusiasm among its customers through an exceptional range of brands and good service.
