Samsonite aims for dual listing
Samsonite International S.A., the parent company of Gregory, High Sierra and a number of travel luggage brands, announced that the company’s Board of Directors has authorized management to seek a listing of the company’s shares on a second leading stock exchange in addition to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
