Vista rejects offer from MNC, decides to partially sell to CSG
Vista Outdoor announced that the Board has again rejected an unsolicited offer from Montréal-based MNC Capital dated March 25, 2024, in which MNC expressed an interest in acquiring Vista Outdoor in an all-cash transaction for $37.50 per Vista share.
