Crocs has appointed a global creative director and a vice president of global e-commerce, both with considerable experience. The newly created position of global creative director has been filled by Charlie Johnson, who has spent more than 20 years in the footwear industry, eight of them with Adidas. Chris Ladd, the new man in charge of e-commerce, has spent more than 13 years in the sector, managing interactive marketing and e-commerce at Reebok International and then for Titleist and FootJoy.
