Jack Wolfskin and the German Office for Nature Protection (BfN) have opened the floor to nominations for their joint award for 2012, and will accept applications until April 9 – or until Aug. 3 for a new category called citizen's prize. It is the second year in a row that the brand and the federal authority award environmental projects. Jack Wolfskin is donating €250,000 for the German Nature Protection Award 2012.
