Jack Wolfskin, the German outdoor brand owned by the U.S. Callaway Golf Company, has gone through the certification process for the “Grüner Knopf” (Green Button), an initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). A large number of Jack Wolfskin’s products are now certified with the Green Button and available in stores.
In addition, the brand has been awarded “Leader” status by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) for the sixth time in a row, confirming once again its extraordinary commitment to social, safe and fair working conditions at its suppliers. On Aug. 1, Jack Wolfskin also joined the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC), thereby additionally introducing the Higg-Index for measuring sustainability within the company.
