Outdoor Sports Valley, the organization supporting the local French industry of the Haute-Savoie province, is working on sustainability issues for its members and the industry. Created last year, a unit in charge of sustainable development has set up an agenda for this year that includes the adoption of the legal requirements of the European Union under the REACH project. Additionally, OSV supports its members with eco-friendly concepts and services, and wants to facilitate the establishment of systems for the collection and recycling of used products. Moreover, OSV intends to direct consumers to choose products with a good ecological footprint.
