Unifi, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based manufacturer of recycled and synthetic yarns, has announced the results of an independent, peer-reviewed life cycle assessment (LCA) showing that recycled polyester from its Repreve brand reduces the potential for climate change compared to virgin polyester.
