Bergans Outdoor GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Norwegian outdoor company Bergans of Norway, launched its new online store for Germany on Oct. 12, complementing the already existing Norwegian and Swedish DTC webshops. Laura Ninnemann and Gizem Karakoyun are responsible as the e-commerce team for the new German store. Ninnemann, the new e-commerce manager, most recently worked in Otto’s e-commerce department for four years after completing her studies. Karakoyun has already been with Bergans since last December and was responsible for e-commerce content and testing as a student trainee. After her graduation, she now strengthens the German e-commerce team as junior content manager & e-merchandiser.
