Andy Rubin, chief executive of Pentland Brands, has appointed Richard Leedham as brand president for Berghaus on an interim basis as the executive search for a successor to Richard Cotter continues. Leedham has been with Pentland for 18 years, and for the last nine years he has been a member of Berghaus' board, working in international business development, product development and sales. He has been most recently vice president of sales for the U.K. and the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He is also a member of the board of the Outdoor Industries Association of the U.K. Cotter left at the end of August after seven years running Berghaus to become chief executive of the British Snow + Rock retail chain. Rubin took his place after his departure.
