By the end of June, Michael Kamm will act as the only managing director of Sympatex Holding and its Sympatex Technologies and Plouquet subsidiaries. Jürgen Steffensen, joint managing director since 2010, will leave the group by mutual consent to pursue new managerial tasks elsewhere. He has been acting as chief financial officer and chief operating officer. A new chief financial officer, Haiko Stüting, will act as CFO from June 16, handling finance, accounting, controlling, purchasing and logistics. The 36-year-old has been lately the CFO of Rampf, a technological solutions group near Ulm.
