Columbia Sportswear has adjusted its team for sourcing, supply chain and finance. Lisa Kulok, who has served as vice president of global marketplace planning and customer operations since October 2009, has been promoted to senior vice president of global supply chain operations. Steve Woodside, who joined the company in August 2014 as vice president of global manufacturing, has been promoted to senior vice president of global sourcing and manufacturing. Both Kulok and Woodside will report to Bryan Timm, Columbia Sportswear's president. Meanwhile, Jim Swanson, who joined the group in 2003 and has served as director of finance since 2009, has been promoted to vice president of finance, reporting to Tom Cusick, Columbia's executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer.
