Deckers Outdoor Corporation has appointed Jeffrey Bua as president of the Teva brand, taking the place of Joel Heath who has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Bua has been in the footwear industry for more than 30 years. He has been with Deckers since 2011, acting as president of another brand, Mozo. He previously worked for RG Barry Corporation, Hi-Tec Sports, Umbro and Reebok, with good results. Bua will report directly to Angel Martinez, president, chief executive and chairman of Deckers.
