Doug Boessen, former chief financial officer of Collective Brands, has joined Garmin as CFO and treasurer, reporting to the company's president and chief executive, Cliff Pemble. Boessen had worked previously at Arthur Andersen. Kevin Rauckmann, who has been Garmin's CFO and treasurer since 1999, will assist Boessen in the transition through the end of this year.
