Jack Wolfskin has extended its agreement with its Chinese distributor, Tristate, for another five years. The German brand has been working with this Chinese partner since 2008 and has seen its wholesale turnover doubled every year since then. Currently, “The Paw's” business in the country is carried by 220 single-branded stores and 45 retail partners. Currently, Jack Wolfskin sees itself as #4 in the market and #3 among the foreign brands. The plan until 2015 is to have some 600 points of sale. The new agreement with Tristate comprises an option to found a joint-venture by 2013.
