Michel Rayot is retiring as president and chief executive of Tecnica Group France after 40 years in the sports industry and 34 years at the head of the Italian company's operations in France. His functions are being taken over by Lucien Hauteville, who headed up The North Face in France for many years. He has successfully launched Tecnica's Dolomite line of apparel over the last four years.
