Odlo recently appointed Phillip Weston as its new general manager for the U.K. and Ireland. Weston was most recently at Esprit, where he served as vice president and head of the U.K., Ireland and Benelux region. In his new role at Odlo, he will manage all aspects of the Odlo U.K. and Ireland sales and commercial operation, covering the ski, outdoors, cycle, and running markets. Prior to Esprit, he worked for 13 years at Adidas, where he held various commercial roles until he rose to national account controller, running the lifestyle and fashion divisions of the business. At Odlo, he will be reporting to Antoine Sathicq, the brand's chief sales officer. In addition to his Adidas experience, Weston has held sales and marketing roles at a number of consumer brands including Ben Sherman, where he was global footwear director, and Skechers, where he served as general manager for Europe.
