Pelican Products has appointed Jeff Diamond as director of product management for its consumer outdoor and travel goods markets. Based in California, Pelican is a leading manufacturer of protective case solutions and advanced portable lighting systems. Diamond is to work with the newly structured consumer division, to focus on the Pelican Pro Gear product range as well as traditional cases for the travel, sporting goods, photography and scuba markets. Diamond already spent nearly two decades in product development and marketing, with companies such as Rawlings and Spalding. He was most recently senior global product manager at ENI-JR286, a leading product development company, where he led the development of sports equipment and accessories for Nike.
