Todd Spaletto, a veteran of VF Corp., is resigning as president of The North Face. He is being replaced on an interim basis by Scott Baxter, president of VF's Outdoor & Action Sports division for the Americas region, but VF is looking for a permanent replacement. Spaletto has been with TNF since 2003 in various roles. Prior to that, he took care of U.S. sales for High Sierra and Jansport.
