Italian bicycle tire manufacturer Vittoria Group welcomes Vanessa ten Hoff as chief innovation officer to its leadership team. Ten Hoff joins with more than 18 years of experience in the household appliances industry in various international senior leadership roles, covering product innovation & development, brand & digital marketing. She will lead the global innovation organization of the group and work with her teams on new applications, advanced materials and digital solutions to relentlessly improve tire performance, enhance consumer experiences and find sustainable solutions.
Her role foresees the development of the Bicycle Tyre Innovation Center and Bicycle Experience Park in Brembate (Lombardy, Italy), complementing the innovation capabilities at Vittoria Group’s facilities in Bangkok, Thailand. According to Vittoria Group, it will be “the first-of-its-kind and unique in the cycling world, allowing us to have a holistic view on developing and testing tires from the lab to the real life, from a consumer point of view.”
