Gerlinde Kaltenbrunner, the testimonial of brands such as Schöffel, Lowa and Deuter, finally reached the summit of Mount Everest on May 24. The Austrian will attack K2 this summer to become the third woman ever to climb all the 14 mountains higher than 8,000 meters. This April, the Korean Oh Eun-Sun was the first one to achieve this, followed by the legendary Spaniard Edurne Pasaban, who managed to do the same just one week before Kaltenbrunner’s climb to the top of Everest.
