Haglöfs, the Swedish outdoor brand, has reinforced its management team to deal with its continuing expansion. Nicolas Warchalowski, who became international sales and marketing director last year, will get support from Richard Jägrud, former business area manager for footwear and hardware at Haglöfs. As sales manager reporting to Warchalowski, Jägrud will take care of trade marketing and supervise markets covered by distributors and agents, and new markets. Marketing is still the domain of Warchalowski, who continues to supervise subsidiary markets as well. Meanwhile, Jägrud’s former job as area manager for footwear and hardware was split in two: Footwear went to Viktor Wramdemark, formerly product developer at Haglöfs, while the new manager for hardware is Håkan Nyström, previously in charge of design and development at Klättermusen. Separately, Neil Bradley, who spent the last two years heading up Haglöfs’ office in the U.K., was appointed business area manager for apparel. He replaces Henrik Ottosson, who became chief executive of Lundhags, as previously reported. It remains uncertain who will take over the helm of the British subsidiary. Roddy Darcy, who has been in charge of design for Haglöfs clothing for the last two years, has become head of design for all three business areas.
