JD Sports Fashion, which already operates 81 Blacks and 76 Millets outdoor stores in the U.K., is acquiring a controlling stake in Tiso Group, the largest outdoor retailer in Scotland, from the Tiso family, which will continue to be involved with a minority stake. Chris Tiso will remain as chief executive of the chain, which operates ten stores. Peter Cowgill, executive chairman of JD, will be the chairman of the Scottish outdoor retail chain
