Jean-Luc Diard, former president of Salomon and current vice president of Tecnica and president of the Outdoor Sports Valley, was among the 1,200-plus participants from 13 countries in the Maxi Race, a trail-running contest organized around the Lake of Annecy on May 29. Tecnica, Raidlight and a dozen other firms exhibited their products in connection with the event.
