Jetboil has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Delaware alleging patent infringement over Primus’ EtaSolo integrated canister stove, which was presented at the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in Salt Lake City earlier this month. The action was taken against the Swedish brand; its parent company Fenix Outdoor; a sister company, Brunton Outdoor; and NA Gear. Jetboil says that Primus has been importing its EtaSolo product into the U.S. in violation of Jetboil’s patents. Jetboil seeks an injunction against its importation, as well as compensation for damages.
