John Spotts has joined the executive team at Eddie Bauer as the new vice president for licensing, international and corporate sales, expanding the brand by category and by region. He was formerly the senior vice president of international at FranklinCovey Products. Earlier companies he worked with include the Coleman Company and Woolrich.
