Koflach plastic mountaineering boots will start being distributed by Scarpa North America next spring, when the brand re-enters the global market. From its distribution center in Boulder, Colorado, Scarpa North America will sell the “Arctic Expe,” a warm boot for cold-climate expeditions and climbing, and the “Degre,” an all-around double plastic boot.
