Go Outdoors and Design Go have settled their trademark dispute with an agreement that allows both parties to co-exist in the U.K. and elsewhere without the risk of confusion in the branding of their respective products and retail services. The terms of the settlement have not been revealed. Go Outdoors, a big outdoor retail chain in the U.K., had attacked Design Go, a supplier of travel accessories, in July 2011 because the latter had started using the “Go Travel” label on a range of products.
