Retail sales in the U.K. rise thanks to clothing and footwear
In April, U.K. retail sales rose by 9.2 percent month-on-month in volume thanks to the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, including the re-opening of all non-essential retail from April 12 in England and Wales and from April 26 in Scotland.
