More and more names make it into the buzz about the sale of Jack Wolfskin. Most recently, a couple of names were said to be in the race, including VF Corporation, the parent company of The North Face. The latest candidate mentioned by the German press is an interesting one: Günter Herz, the former head of Tchibo, the country's leading coffee retailer, who used to be a big shareholder of Puma through his investment company, Mayfair, until the successful sale of his stake to PPR.
