Morgan Stanley and Annex Capital have completed the acquisition of Sympatex Technologies as well as Ploucquet Textiles Zittau. The two institutional investors now own 100 percent of the two companies on a 50-50 basis. They had moved into the Ploucquet Group in 2006 by acquiring a majority stake and now take over the remaining 25 percent of Sympatex and 6 percent of Ploucquet Zittau from former executives.
