Mountain Force, the Swiss label for snow and outerwear, has increased its capital by 2.5 million Swiss francs (€2.36m-$3.36m) to ensure continued growth in its core markets, which consist of Italy, the German-speaking countries and North America. With this move, the recently appointed chief executive, Roman Stepek, has become majority owner of Mountain Force along with the founder, Peter Jud, and the company Sportscountry. Another former shareholder, Fredy Maag, will stick to the company as a member of the supervisory board.
