Mountain Force, the young Swiss snow wear company, has appointed Roland Stepek as new agent for Austria. He will be in charge starting with the winter 2011-12 selling season in eastern Austria, and will take over the rest from Helmut Dürr, who will remain in charge of the western part of the country for the next winter season. Stepek’s appointment came shortly after the news that his brother, Roman Stepek, was appointed chief executive of the brand. Their father was the man behind Masters Golf, the Austrian brand, until two years ago.
