Onex Corp. has completed the acquisition of Nielsen Expositions from Nielsen Holdings for $950 million cash. The business has been renamed Emerald Expositions. It will continue to organize the Outdoor Retail and Interbike shows in the U.S., among others. will continue to be headquartered in San Juan Capistrano, California.
