Buff launched its first fall/winter apparel collection at Ispo. The same colorful designs used in the company's headwear have been applied to the apparel line. Buff has sold its spring/summer apparel collection for two seasons, but wanted to make sure it works before launching the fall/winter collection. The apparel collection is subdivided into an outdoor line and a performance collection. The new collections are being promoted together with the company's headwear. A new logo was launched at Ispo, along with the brand slogan, “flat is boring.” The new, simplified logo will be launched on the customer side from September, at the same time as the new winter collection. A new video has been developed for the introduction of the campaign. The video will be shown during trade shows and used for point-of-sale support. Buff expects that its global sales will increase by 10 percent by the end of its business year in May 2012. Domestic sales account for 15 percent of the company's sales and exports for 85 percent. Its most important export markets remain Germany and the U.K. The company is still in search of a distributor in Hungary.
