Wolffepack, the revolutionary backpack that can be repositioned from back to front by just pulling a cord, appears to have attracted a lot of attention at Ispo in Munich last February. It was Wolffepack's first ever appearance at a trade show, and is said to have resulted in more than 40 potential distribution partners lined up in 25 territories across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and South Africa. The first retail orders were placed. The backpack was invented by David Wolffe, a 51-year-old Brit and the former finance director of HMV. The first batches of his Wolffepack will be delivered in May. The centerpiece of the backpack is its patent-pending Expetosystem. By pulling a cord made of Dyneema, a super-strong synthetic fiber, users can swing the backpack to the front in one action, without the hassle of having to take the straps off their shoulders.
