After 10 years of existence, Lowa and Schöffel are about to open their first bi-branded store outside Germany. The selling surface of 140 square meters on two floors will be run by local franchises of the Italian town of Brixen/Bressanone, South Tyrol. In Germany, the two brands have 16 stores in total, some of them franchised, some corporate. Five of them were opened in the second half of last year. For the current year, Schöffel and Lowa plan five to six new shop openings in Germany and two or three more in neighboring countries.
